The terms and conditions stated here are for your guidance and to outline all areas of teaching and lesson proceedings, as to cause no confusion in anyway while you are learning to drive with me.

For the cancellation of lessons, 24 hours notice must be given prior to cancellation of your driving lesson,unless due to illness or unforseen circumstances where this may not be necessary.
The same applies if no notice received or failure to turn up for any of your lesson's, this may result in the standard lesson fee being charged.
 
Start of lessons, i would appreciate all pupils to be waiting outside prior to the lesson time as i'm sure you will appreciate if you are running late i will only be able to allow a small amount of time, 5 minutes waiting time after the lesson start time.
 
The current lesson price may be charged,depending on the circumstances, these guidlines are there to help to ensure lessons can be rearranged in good working time.

Courses or block bookings of lesson's, all intensive driving courses or block bookings must be carried out in full, failure to complete the amount of lesson's pre-paid for and if by no choice or fault of my own, and due to the pupil's decision only.
 
By Law as i have not broken the terms and condition of the contract a refund for the remaining course or lesson's may not be given.
